Passive Meditation

Again, find a place will you will be left undisterbed, and in silence. You can again burn oils, incense, or play come music. What ever calms you and helps you to relax.

Choose an image that you will focus on. One of you choice. But it must be mental. This means that your not going to be lookig at it with you eyes, but with you mind. You can choose anything from a shape, flower, even a chair if it helps. Dont do to extreme with the image, because its one you have to hold and look at for some time.

Slowly, but sherly, you will begin to slip into a meditative, alpha state. This begins the journey of you meditation. where you go, and where you end up is all up to you.
