Deep Relaxation

Again, as followed with the incense, oils and music. What ever helps you focus. You need not have anything, or you can have the works. I find soft music of the outdoors helps me focus the most. Some time incense, and occational oils.

This one just helps you to relax and become in almost a sleep like state. Perfect for beginners. It is also used a lot with those of martial arts. A favourite among many.

Lay with you arms by your side. Begin breathing in and out. In through you noise and out throught you mouth. Or through your mouth. Just keep breathing, and breath deeply. Breathe in, hold for five seconds, and out, hold for another five. Keep repeating.

Start at your feet and work you way up. Slowly feel the tension leaving them. Feel you body relaxing.

Your body will start to get heavy. Now imagine yourself drifting towards sleep. Deeper and deeper you will drift. Now begin counting to ten. One you reach ten you be be in a state of total relaxation and meditation.

One you are done slowly count back from 10 to 1. And one you are done with that you will be back in your original state. Fully energized. Breathe for a few moments and take how ever long you need to regain yourself.
