MEDITATION

Active Meditation

This is the more advance form, for those who are more experinced in the language of meditions. It provides a combination of being mentally active, while meditating.

Get yourself relax. Find what position you like. One that helps you relax and let you drift away. Try to avoid crossing your feet, and it can get in the way of the energy flow. You can try and light candles, burn oil or incense, or playing soft music the the background. What ever you feel more focused and comfy with. I even knew some people who would play loud pop or rock music in the background. Like I said, its depends on the person, and what suits them.

Heres How

Now instead of viewing the regular static images, try focusing more on a scenario images. This mean, try look at it like this was life, or a movie. Like you were a part of that movie. Riding a horse, or boat, or just going to a walk down a calm beach or forest.

Now when you have been concentrating for long enough, you will soon slip into a more dream like alpha state, becoming aware and awake, with taking notice to the outside distractions.
